getting back to the animation 1 hr practice, will be doing these again every 2nd day (every other day is an hr speedpaint practice). Annoyingly, even though i’m at uni studying animation, this is as much time as I can put aside to actually practice timing, posing, weight, etc. XC

Stewart’s neck is stretched as I’m using these exercises to get a feel for what the characters in my short film will behave like, both of which have long necks.

Reflection: tried more waist, torso & shoulder movements, and getting the hand actions to be quicker and snap to their destinations. The wavering hand is okay, but there could definitely be some better timing to the subtlety of the movements, particularly the head.
