Motometro Previs Rig – Process & Walk Test

3rd attempt at MM’s previs rig. The test Steven sent me helped in getting theo IK’s working better, and the outliner neater, and I managed to resolve a few issues that the previous rig attempt had. Still a few issues though. Namely:

– scaling not working, bones & geo scale at different ratios
– left lower leg stays fairly stiff until hyper extended
– foot rigs need to be optimized, with either neater toes, or reverse foot rigging
– also worth noting, the final model will need ball joints in areas, to account for sideways movement/swivelling.

Also made a walk, to test the functionality out, and start getting a feel for it’s walk timing. Didn’t turn out so terribly. Link below:
