Though this tech doesn’t impact my work (yet), after months of reading and research, I’m choosing to side with the ‘say no to ai “art” ‘ campaign.

Let’s not beat around the bush here; Ai “art” is built on theft. When legislation is brought in, maybe then it can be a legitimate tool in the pipeline. Until then, it’s just another way to publicly devalue artists, and steal their hard-won style in the process. And there’s already little enough support and pathways for artists, particularly younger ones.
